Pizza peel with neutral anodized head and light blue anodized handle. It has reduced weight compared to classic models but is extremely sturdy with oval tubular handle to favor stability. The light and flexible head allows the scraper effect with appropriate ribbing that ensures resistance; the neutral anodizing makes the surface even and protects it against oxidation; gentle, regular milling facilitates taking hold of the pizza. The head handle joint consists in the overlay of the two elements secured by three large rivets in line that guarantee safety and no movement, in addition, the absence of vibrations transmitted to the handle makes it more comfortable to use. The perforation ensures low friction and releases flour preventing it from sticking to the bottom of the pizza risking burning.

The Azzurra Line is a whole range of lightweight, highly resistant, and flexible pizza peels. It was created to satisfy the requirements of even the most demanding pizza makers: rectangular, round, and “by the meter” with smooth or perforated or embossed surfaces, handles in a set of sizes, different materials and for different types of ovens.

Great tool

After recently completing our Pompeiian style wood oven I needed a peel with a longer reach to turn and remove the pies. This tool works flawlessly. It's light weight and the vents tooled into the bottom assures the pie will slide right up as needed.
Clean up was a breeze after serving 25 pizzas at our first party.
