Is our price too high? We’ve found that people prefer to buy from Firewalker Ovens, and we’d love to make you a believer, too.
We work hard to ensure our prices are the best anywhere. If you find another online authorized dealer that offers a lower price on an in-stock item, then let us know. If we can match the price, we will.
Our price match guarantee goes one step further. If you find an online store that offers a lower price within thirty days of your purchase date let us know and we will refund the difference. Or if you find that Firewalker Ovens offers a sale for the same item you ordered within thirty days of your purchase, we will also refund the difference.
Simply email us a link to the identical oven or accessory on our competitor's website within thirty days of your order, and we will credit you.
Our Price Guarantee has a few qualifications:
• You must purchase the item from Firewalker Ovens before requesting your Price Match Guarantee.
• Rebate promotions and BOGO (Buy One, Get One Free) are ineligible.
• The identical item must be in stock on the competitor's website.
• The competitor must be an online store without a physical brick and mortar retail location.
• The competitor may not be a discounter or auction website, i.e., Overstock, and eBay.
• The competitor may not be the manufacturer.
• The competitor must be an Authorized Retailer.
• The Price Match Guarantee includes the item price plus shipping charges before sales tax.
