The Bella Ultra40 is a commercial-sized, wood-fired pizza oven and rolling cart. Portable and efficient, the Ultra40 is perfect for larger families, outdoor parties, and catering events. Made in the USA with stainless steel construction, an impressive 40” W x 28” D cooking floor, and 1,120 sq. in. cooking space, the Ultra40 has lots of room to work and is built to last. It can bake 4 to 5 pizzas at a time, roast a large turkey alongside 4 to 5 side dishes, or bake 24 loaves of bread.
Even with its large cooking capacity, the Ultra40 still heats up to over 750°F in about 15 minutes and requires very little wood fuel. Over 2” of industrial-grade ceramic insulation helps keep the outside of the Bella cool while the inside is at full temperature!
This oven can bake and roast better than a conventional oven, grill better than a charcoal or gas grill, and has more cooking capacity than most residential grills. It’s the one oven that can do it all. The oven’s high throughput — as many as 70 to 100 pizzas in one hour — readily handles very large gatherings and events, while still remaining maneuverable.

Important Curbside Delivery Info at the Bottom
When cooking with live fire, your Bella Outdoor Living oven cooks with reflected heat. With reflective heat, the flame from a live fire is bounced off the dome onto your food. This reflective heat cooks food, such as pizza, and also recharges the cooking floor, putting heat back into the floor to replace heat that is lost through cooking. Because your Bella Outdoor Living oven breathes, drawing in cold air through the lower half of the oven opening and exhausting hot air out the top half of the opening, it is constantly moving hot, moist air across the top of your food. While modern convection ovens use fans and heat coils to move hot, dry air within the oven, nothing can compare with natural convection. Finally, heat stored in the cooking floor is transferred directly into food that is set on top of it. This is true for bread and pizza, which are set directly on the cooking floor, and for pots and pans set on it. It is this unique cooking ability that lets you make Italian pizza, hearth bread and great roasts in your Bella Outdoor Living oven, and what makes wood-fired cooking unlike any other type of cooking. The type of wood you burn will depend to a large extent on where you live. The species selection and predominance of medium-hard (such as poplar) or hardwoods (such as oak) vary from the North American west coast to the east coast, and from the south to the north. Avoid burning sappy, oily woods, such as red pine, and never burn laminated woods like plywood, pressure-treated woods, or anything that has been painted, chemically treated or glued. The most important rule to follow is that everything you burn must be dry and seasoned. The best woods to burn in your Bella Outdoor Living oven are hardwoods such as oak, maple, ash, beech, and birch, or fruit and nut trees, including apple, almond, cherry, pear, and pecan. Fruit woods not only burn well, they are also fragrant. Hardwoods weigh almost three times as much as softwoods, like pines, fir, cedar, and spruces, so they give off more heat (BTUs). Your wood should be dry and aged for six months to a year so that it will burn well, and produce the heat that your oven needs. If your wood is green, it will burn poorly, and produce a lot of smoke – which can soot up your entry arch.

You will receive confirmation within 48 hours of your order's departure from the distribution center. If you do not receive the following information within six business days of your order, please email email@example.com. Most orders ship via freight carriers and delivery times are estimates. We can't verbally guarantee a particular date, but we will do our absolute best to expedite your order. Outside variables, such as climate, location, current events, and conditions may affect delivery.
CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS AND RETURNS
We want you to be satisfied with your order. Orders may be canceled at no cost before shipment. Orders canceled after shipment will be charged a 15% restocking fee and shipping charges, including return shipping. Refunds will be processed once the product(s) has been received and inspected at the distribution center. Since we can't sell used or damaged items, all returns must be in new and unused condition, including all packaging.
All returns require authorization.
Refunds will be issued to the credit card that was used to place the order.
Our Returns Policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your delivery date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Firewalker Ovens provides complimentary delivery insurance with all orders; we want your product(s) to be safe during transportation. By accepting an obviously damaged box and marking for it in "satisfactory condition," you accept your order "AS-IS" and decline future refunds or substitutions. Any container that appears damaged on the outside will likely contain a damaged product inside. You must immediately record cargo claims with the freight company and Firewalker Ovens.
Please examine your order and ensure items were not damaged during transportation. If your order arrives damaged, please reject the delivery, take note of the damage and send photos to firstname.lastname@example.org so we can prepare an insurance claim. By accepting a damaged parcel, you void our ability to claim insurance or authorize refunds. Kindly DO NOT sign for a case/container that shows evidence of severe damage.
All freight shipments will be delivered "curbside" at the end of your driveway or street. Curbside delivery does not include set-up, assembly, or removal of packing materials. Please contact us for alternate delivery options.
We deliver to physical street addresses in the lower 48. P.O. box delivery is not available.
An adult must be available to sign for the delivery.
