OVENZZ Vault Kit

HWI aimed to take the guesswork out of DIY oven building with the newly-developed OVENZZ™ Vault Kit.  All required materials and accessories are included in the kit and are delivered on two pallets. The Vault kit leverages HWI’s strengths as North America’s largest and oldest refractory manufacturer to bring quality refractory ovens to a wider audience.  Like all the industrial applications HWI serves, these brick oven kits bring exceptional value through ease and speed of installation and high-quality refractory materials – all while maintaining safety as the top requirement. All food-contact refractory materials are certified food-safe by NSF International (standard 51).

Instead of supplying a few large and heavy custom shapes, or a simple pallet of straight brick, HWI supplies the exact brick sizes needed including 4 sizes of straights, 2 sizes of skews, and 4 sizes of arches.  This eliminates brick cutting which can be a safety hazard and adds cost and time to the build. Correctly-sized brick also eliminates large mortar joints which makes for a stronger oven. HWI kits have a maximum piece weight of approximately 45 pounds and is designed to only require a single person to safely construct the oven.  Additionally, no mixing, curing, or drying of refractory concrete is required to build this kit. Best of all, HWI’s OVENZZ™ Kits provides a clean surface for the outermost finish layer to be installed.  A simple weather-proof stucco coating is the simple solution used by many builders, but the options are endless for other finishes such as stone, block, or tiles.
